Hello and welcome! My name is Anita Lysenko & I am a Professional Property Investor with a background in Real Estate and Development Sales. My previous experience includes working with Frasers Property Australia for over 5 years as a Project Sales Manager, I am also a Licensed Real Estate Agent (Full License) in NSW. Property is my passion professionally and personally. I am a motivated seller, researcher and investor who believes property is the key to obtaining wealth, happiness and financial freedom. I believe that Property creates dreams, builds communities, infrastructure, provides employment and security. It is this enthusiasm that I bring when exploring all avenues of Property!

2007 - The beginning, working overseas selling property

2016 - An epic 18 month Round the World journey begins thanks to my investments, my home loans and my hard work
I created this site to tell my story. I am 31 years old and currently travelling around the World on a journey of a lifetime! I’d like to share with you my experience over the past 10 years and how I got to this point. This is a personal blog designed to motivate those who have dreams and ambitions. 10 years ago I was just starting out in the Real Estate industry, and I did not even own my first home. There were many hurdles and struggles that I faced and I never thought that I would achieve what I have now. I would like to share how I turned my home loans for my property investments into a means to travel the World experiencing new cultures and volunteering along the way.

I have experience working abroad for a property developer in Thailand where I quickly adapted to the different culture, legislation and obstacles which once addressed allowed me to successfully sell to investors from areas such as the U.A.E, Australia, U.S.A. and Europe. I absolutely enjoyed working overseas and would consider doing so again if the opportunity presented itself and the timing was right in the future.
I have extensive experience working in Real Estate in Melbourne, Australia - selling a variety of properties. Locally, I started out selling Studio Apartments & Student Accommodation in Melbourne CBD where I dealt with investors and secured sales, successfully addressing issues with finance etc. I then moved onto high end Apartments and Multi-Million dollar Penthouses in areas such as St Kilda Road, Melbourne, South Yarra and Southbank with focus on buildings and developments such as 'Yve', 'Balencea', '505', 'Alto', 'The Melburnian', 'Royal Domain', 'Triptych', 'Concept Blue' and 'Eureka Tower'.
